Indiana Jonesin nimellä on markkinoitu lukuisia oheistuotteita, joista vähäisimpiä eivät ole erilaiset lelut.
Kenner
Ensimmäisenä markkinoille ilmestyivät Kennerin lelut loppuvuodesta 1982, yli vuosi elokuvan ilmestymisen jälkeen. Sama yhtiö oli jo aiemmin julkaissut suositut Tähtien sota -lelut, Kadonneen aarteen metsästäjät -lautapelin syksyllä 1981 sekä 12-tuumaisen Indy-nuken alkuvuodesta 1982, joka oli muuten tismalleen sama kuin Tähtien sodan Han Solo -hahmo paitsi että sillä oli Indyn vaatteet ja siniset silmät.
Kenner nimesi 3¾-tuumaisille nukeille tehdyn sarjansa The Adventures of Indiana Jonesiksi. Sarjan ensimmäisessä aallossa ilmestyi neljä hahmoa.

Kennerin hahmot floppasivat suurelta osin sen vuoksi, että Indy-hahmoa tehtiin tismalleen yhtä paljon kuin muita hahmoja ja sarjan sankarit loppuivat kaupoista alta aikayksikön jättäen muut lelut pölyttymään hyllyille. Nykyään Kennerit ovat suosittuja keräilykohteita ja niistä maksetaan alan piireissä maltaita.
Hasbro
Hasbro-lelufirma julkaisi vuonna 2008 kymmenittäin Indiana Jones -aiheisia leikkikaluja, jotka perustuivat kaikkiin neljään Indiana Jones -elokuvaan. Leikkikalut oli suunnattu lapsille, perheille ja keräilijöille.
3¾-tuumaiset nuket
Pienet 9,5-senttiset nuket tulivat markkinoille neljässä aallossa elokuvittain, jotka ilmestyivät toukokuussa (Kadonneen aarteen metsästäjät ja Kristallikallon valtakunta), heinäkuussa (Viimeinen ristiretki) ja syyskuussa (Tuomion temppeli). Hahmoja oli kaikkiaan 29 ja jokaisella oli oma elokuvissa esiintynyt aarre mukanaan. Näiden lisäksi julkaistiin deluxe-hahmoja, joissa oli enemmän yksityiskohtia ja jotka olivat kalliimpia, sekä kulkuneuvoja ja pelikenttä.

Adventure Heroes
Pari senttiä korkeat Adventure Heroes -ukot tulivat myös markkinoille neljässä elokuvittain jaetussa aallossa, samaan aikaan kuin 3¾-tuumaiset nuket. Ukot myytiin kahden ukon pakkauksissa joita oli 15, kuusi Kadonneen aarteen metsästäjistä ja kolme kustakin muusta elokuvasta.

Lego
Lego-palikoiden julkaisu alkoi vuonna 2008. Aluksi markkinoille tuli kaksi aaltoa: neljä alkuperäisiin elokuviin perustuvaa pakettia tammikuussa 2008 sekä neljä neljänteen elokuvaan perustuvaa pakettia toukokuussa 2008. Suomeen nämä palikat rantautuivat toukokuun puolivälissä. Kesäkuussa julkaistiin yhdeksäs paketti 7628 – Peril in Peru. Legot menestyivät niin hyvin, että LEGO Group päätti jatkaa Indy-palikoiden valmistusta. Jouluksi 2008 kauppoihin ilmestyi uusi kahden paketin aalto, jonka palikat perustuvat Tuomion temppeliin ja Kadonneen aarteen metsästäjiin. Elokuussa 2009 julkaistiin viiden paketin aalto, jotka perustuvat kaikkiin neljään elokuvaan.
Viidennen elokuvan myötä jatkettiin Legojen valmistusta. Huhtikuussa 2023 markkinoille tuli kolme uutta pakettia jotka perustuivat aiemmin julkaistuihin kohtauksiin 1980-luvun elokuvista.

Kellogg’s-aamiaismuroyhtiö pakkasi toukokuussa 2008 Indiana Jones -aiheisia taikalusikoita Coco Pops, Coco Pops Rocks, Honni-Korn Smacks, Rice Krispies ja Rice Krispies Multi Grain -muropaketteihin. Lusikoita oli neljä erilaista: keltainen temppeli-kuvalla, punainen muurahainen-kuvalla, vihreä pääkallo-kuvalla ja harmaa moottoripyörä-kuvalla. Lusikoiden taika oli se, että ne olivat onttoja joten niitä pystyi käyttämään myös pilleinä.
Hesburger
Hesburger-hampurilaisketju myi touko-kesäkuussa 2008 Lasten ateriansa ohessa Indiana Jones ja Kristallikallon valtakunta -aiheisia leluja. Leluja oli kuusi erilaista: pelikortit, superpallo, jojo, juomapullo, kiikarit sekä kompassivihko. Lelut valmisti ruotsalainen Toy Promotion.
